I'm starting to look into new tires. Looking at either Michelin, Bridgestone, or BFG, all sold and installed at Costco. I have stock BFG right now and would like to get something different. I've been checking out all the reviews on tire rack.

My question is should I go with all season tire or all terrain? I drive mostly highway with almost zero off roading but pull a boat in and out of the water during the warmer months. Would like something quiet but aggressive looking that performs well, both in warmer weather and in Maryland winter weather (snow and ice).

The Michelin A/T tire or their LTX are tough to beat for highway use regarding road noise, ride smoothness and wear. They also will do well in the snow you get in MD.

I wasn't happy with the Michelin LTXs that came on my truck (sidewalls were too soft and traction in snow was lacking).

Very happy with my upgrade to BFG A/T KOs...
