So I was watching the weather network and I saw in the national weather news that there is floods in Texas, snow in Colorado and a big storm in Mexico.

Since those news are very short, I made this thread for the ones who would like to keep others informed of the weather situation in their area and to let know everyone's ok.

TW is full of nice people and I think we can all give moral and maybe physical support for those who are touch by natural disaster.

Hope this thread is a good idea.

Looks like hurricane patricia of 2015 is going to be a bitch.

We are expecting some rain for the first time in a while...right now feels cool at 77 and cloudy in the hood.

With that much of rain, are expecting some kind of damage or it will just drained out by itself?

I am curious on how the environment is down south and how cities are set up to deal with.

    Weather talk...

Whenever I go out of town and check into a hotel, first thing I do is see if they have TWC on the lineup. I swear I could watch just that, usually do.

I remember when I was a kid the weather was at the very end of the 11:00 p.m. local news broadcast. It lasted about 2 or 3 minutes.

I saw yesterday on tv that it was raining very hard in Alabama and Louisiana. Is it still going on?

We do have an "alert" of hard rain coming this afternoon, part of Patricia. Around 30mm of rain coming.
