I’d say you are spot on with the rock jammed theory. If that’s not what happened something is amiss with the linkage, but apparently “The Path” bike shop cleared it of any mishaps with the design.

That's cool, so the "route" is tailored to the riders requests and abilities?

I have no reservations and am not against guided tours or anything, I just seem to always want to kind of explore on my own. That being said, I've never been on a professionally guided tour.

I’ll say @honda50r is a good leader in Tacoma’s at windrock. I’d assume he’s just as good and cool to be around on MTBs.

the damage to the shock has been steadily getting worse. Started as a single line, then 2, then became what you see there. I use a Rocky Mountains monorail, nothing touches the shock.

Do you mind if I ask what you think is causing the issue? Seems a few people have offered suggestions and none seem to fit your situation.

Well, then this screams linkage issue. If it’s not a one time thing something is amiss there. You need to open up a case with Santa Cruz.

I attach the fork mounts to a board that is clipped to the rear tie downs with turnbuckles that hold it secure. The bike is locked to the tie downs with a cable. If I’m concerned about someone with cable cutters or a torx wrench stealing the bikes, they come inside.

this has been ongoing for a few weeks, you’d probably have to go back 25-30 pages on the thread to get to the other posts about it. That’s why I mentioned putting a GoPro in the frame to view the area while riding.

For sure! A pre-determined ride sounds super boring. It all depends on your style; whether that be XC mileage, gnarly rock gardens, or flowy jump lines. You just tell me a few days before and I map out our ride to hit all the best stuff
Thanks, dude! Unfortunately my truck hasn't seen Windrock trails in a while. Just an overbuilt shuttle truck at this point #mallcrawler

Haven't ridden in 2+ weeks now. Went from being 100+ everyday to it being too smokey with shit air quality. I'm sure my first ride back will bring the suck :/ Someone share some cool pictures so I can vicariously live through you

Same here, too hot and Smokey for the last week to ride.

    I’ll share a cool picture though. ;)

Came across evidence that the Bigfoots are breeding. This is obviously an adolescent Bigfoot.

My wife broke her wrist during an enduro last night. So at least you CAN ride...

In some ways, this is good for me because I don't have to alternate rides/baby duty with her for a little while.

I haven't ridden in like 3 weeks for the same reason, with the exception of Sunday. It was good to take a rip!

When its raining ash and I can't see even a mile down the road due to poor air quality caused by fires, I can't ride.

Have been wanting to ride, but like Matt, the heat and now smoke is putting a damper on that. Just been looking at parts I want to upgrade - mainly dropper, stem, bars.

Damn, I just sold my old 150mm Fox Transfer for $120. Wish I knew you were looking - it was sitting on the shelf and got tired of looking at it.
