Bruh, where you at!? Check the DORBA page on bookface. Lots of riders ready to rip with ya! Lemme see your truck, I'm sure I seen't it at the trail heads, LOL.
Here's me at Big Cedar (my home trail). Holler!

Haha I’m not really trying to upgrade. I really like the Topaz T3 airshock too. And being id have to figure out adjustability and tune it I don’t think that Rockshox would be easy to set and forget for the weekend. I’ll probably just send it in after the weekend I guess. I was only saying that specific coil shock before cause it was cheap and had not much adjustability. I prefer air shocks at the moment for sure.

Well, what're you looking to get into and what are you comfortable with? There really isn't a whole lot of "mandatory gnar" around here, so you could probably ride most of it as a total beginner and walk anything that looks too sketchy (except Pitbull at Big Cedar, don't do that unless you're comfy with gap jumps(they're not HUGE, but big enough to hurt you if you get it wrong. Picture below is the mellow/smaller one, easier to case and get away with it)). If you're looking for mellow miles, hit River Legacy. If you're looking for a leg destroyer, hit Big Cedar, but holler if you want a guide, it's easy to get lost out there, LOL. Check here and see which trails you're closest to http://www.dorba.org/trails.php.

That sucks. My shock has been sent to Sram for the 2nd warranty. It has been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. Last time it only took a week, but COVID wasn't a thing yet.

$350 for carbon wheels was too good to pass down.
I know I won't like the yellow/neon green look with a black bike and purple accents. Guess it's like a joker bike now. Might look for some black decals to throw over them instead. Probably not though, because lazy

I pre-ordered a bike that was supposed to ship this week but is now delayed another 3 weeks. I've never waited for a car order/allocation to come in but now can I understand that pain.

I should've guessed I wasn't the only one. I really need this bike to come in though as we're down to one car.

Huge difference. I can't say that I did that exact thing, but my last bike had some Roval's with a very notable sloppy drive and the new one has the DT Swiss M1700 with the 54 POE on it. The difference in pedal feel is very very very noticeable. My son thinks he needs new hubs now.
