haha. I ride my fat e-bike even in the winter to work. 2 mile ride. Love the days it snows. I have a blast with it but I definitely get stares and doubletakes from all the drivers as I'm extra bundled up.

Definitely need some pics. I think people look at me crazy because it's still dark out and I'm riding a long travel mountain bike with a backpack

I do suppose if you add road biking in, its easier to rack up those miles.

haha. here's one from January of 2019. It's a literal piece of shit bike but I commute on it, go grocery shopping, go to the bar during the summers. saves me lots of mileage on my truck.

Thanks for confirming. Recently I picked up an alloy Chromag and getting my teeth knocked out vs my previous steel Kona Honzo. Never knew it was such a noticeable difference

Nothing too special, it's just an open space in our house. My personals stay inside but the buy-sell inventory stays in the shed. Personal bike stable is finally where I want it - Gravel bike, DJ, Chromag, mid-travel bike, and DH bike

Curious, how do you do bike rentals for tour customers?

Do you keep a small assortment of bikes, or worked out a referral deal with a LBS where maybe you get percentage of rent?

Wife's always encouraged me to get the bike if I think it's "reasonable." lol.... I guesss I'm pretty responsible when it comes down to it though.

Good question. We have a partnership with a local bike shop. Clients tell us their size and we present the bikes ready to ride. LBS carries the inventory costs/maintenance while we are able to provide a good selection of quality bikes for our clients, it's a win-win

I have access to Yeti, Kona, and Cannondale. If you come up here I'll let you ride one at my cost - the downside of no inventory is no free rides :(

Sweet, just figured it’d be a decent opportunity to see if I feel like I’m missing out haha. I’d also really like to try a Kona hardtail, they’ve caught my eye since the beginning before I decided to go full squish and got my stumpy

My cover is blown  Finally got her a little more dialed. Tweaked the suspension, swapped wheels, new stem.
