Are you getting a howling noise? And is the bite point normal? If so, pad contamination is my thought. Once contaminated the pads never recover. But take care to fully clean the pistons and rotors (propane torch if available) before reinstalling new pads or else it happens all over again.

I just use one of these little dudes on my camping bottles

In my experience if your bite point is weird/inconsistent then air issue (leaky).

There's a question about stimulus and economic recovery on the 2020 tax questionnaire. But it doesn't change your refund, or it didn't change mine at least.

I should have mentioned, bite point seems normal. I also think it's the pads. I'll order some fresh. You're saying I can burn off any contaminates on my rotors? Do I need to be concerned about getting them too hot? Just take them off the wheel and wave them through the flame?

I also run XTR Levers and Saint calipers. If my bikes sit for a while (like a few weeks), I think the pads get contaminated somehow. A quick burn of the pads with a torch usually gets them up to full power. Be careful burning the pads with the torch however. Keep fanning back and forth and try not to inhale the fumes that come out of the pads. It's easy to warp the backing of the pad if you keep the flame in one area for too long.

Nah rotor will be fine. Doesn't take much at all- you will see the contaminates literally burning off. No more than ~30 seconds per rotor I guess.

As you can tell, jury is still out on reviving pads. Sometimes I am able to burn off pads but in my experience contaminated pads are tough to revitalize. My best guess is the layered pad material really absorbs the contaminant opposed to rotors it just sits on top

I just ordered new pads, but since they cost $80, I'll try burning these with a torch to see if that helps before I put the new ones on. Need to keep a spare set anyway.

damn those some expensive pads, that's why I ordered a bulk pack of nukeproof pads and then waited a month for them to import here.

Stanchion diameter difference between the Reba and the Pike is 1mm 34mm to 35mm The comparable Fox fork is 36mm That's also the weight difference between the Fox and the RockShox For some the stiffer stanchion is the draw to Fox

    Pretty sure Reba is 32mm...

Also, I think most people compare the Pike to the Fox 34, the Lyrik to the Fox 36, and the Zeb to the Fox 38. It's certainly not quite that simple though as the RS stuff often seems to sit between the Fox offerings in most measurables.

My experience has been that if I run organic pads, for the way I ride, I glaze the pads and they feel like crap. So I run sintered pads because they can deal with heat better.

Also, hard-spotting a rotor is a real thing. If the rotor gets too hot (more likely with organic pads) it basically "tempers" the rotor and it'll have less bite. I gave up on Ice rotors and run the floating Hope Rotors now.

Seeing as how you run Saint calipers, I suspect you ride more like I do. :)

Sounds like contamination. I can't say I agree with the torch method, as a simple wipe of alcohol will clean rotors and pistons without the use of heat. Don't forget to lube the pistons to get that feel back, then clean the shit out of the insides. Personally, no way I'd get a torch close to my calipers, but that can just be paranoia.
Pads are like sponges, a small drop of oil will soak in and you'll never get them back to normal. Just go ahead and get a new pair.
And damn, for that $$ on pads I'd look in to Trickstuff. They JUST got their stuff back on line again and shipping. Just ordered a few pairs for the codes today, awesome pads.
