Anyone run a FF helmet all the time? Considering going to one since most of my rides have some pretty technical areas and the new helmets are getting very light. Coming from dirt bike riding I’m used to helmets and a little less field of vision.

I’ve been wearing mine full time even on mild trails. I have both styles of helmets, just been opting for the FF out of habit now, helps with it being cold.

Which FF helmet do you have? I like the Leatt DBX 4.0, need to find a local shop to try it on for fit.

My GF only wears a FF helmet. She just got the Bell Super Air R and loves it. It has a removable chin guard but she never removes it.

Who in their right mind would dream of being on the road when you are riding on the trails.... SMH... haha.. Isn't peloton and the like usually using the tablet to make your indoor riding feel like you're on the trail :D

Guess what they said they would be reclaiming direct pull from your paycheck for the entire time they didn't collect between Jan-April? haha.... Apparently that financially strapped enough people they "Generously" Decided to pull it over the year... Double social security for the govt employees this year...

Those Lairdframes are nice! I am looking into a custom myself either through Laird or JC Metal Works (he previously welded for FBM). I already have the specs I want, just waiting to pull the trigger

I loved FBM stuff...I need to find the extra cash, but the Lairdframe would be my first choice...I have to decide whether I want a parky 75 HTA or a trailsy 74...I know i want a mid length chainstay...like a 13.5...

My current bike is an FBM I got in 2012 so I definitely got a lot of use out of it.
I’ve always been a fan of a 75 HTA, but I also rode mostly street growing up.
It’s hard to find anything without a super short chainstay these days. I definitely prefer 13.5-13.75 myself. I once had a frame that was 13.25 and it always felt like I was about to loop out, but it did make spins super easy
