yea, that's definitely true. stronger people have much less pain associated with joint problems. That being said, almost everyone has some level of arthritis, most of the time its asymptomatic. But keeping up your strength will definitely keep the pain and degeneration at bay.

And stopping skiing when youre fatigued is a great call. so many injuries happen towards the end of the day when fatigue sets in.

I’m actually quite picky on beers, but I give everything a shot. My wife likes sours and I’ve tried all of them she’s had, and gagged every time lol

 

wicked weed has 2 breweries in Asheville, one for actual beer and one for “sours”. My wife and I went to the funkatorium to get a flight and couldn’t drink a single one.

 

They have two facilities because the wild yeast they use in the Sours will migrate in the air and taint the other beers.

the actual beers...Haha. I was just using that example as a joke to say sours aren’t beer. I appreciate all of their beer.

To each their own. Sour beers aren’t my thing, but coffee oatmeal stouts aren’t liked by a lot of people either. I’m just messing with ole J Jones....

Sorry, I wasn't really following the convo. But if you dislike sours and IPAs but do like Porters and Stouts that makes two of us.

i do love a naturday on the beach man. I don’t have a favorite beer though.

had a chocolate raspberry porter at a local brewery the other day that was amazing, but also a local favorite is a Belgian dubbel, and I like Saisons, pretty much all ambers...just depends.

 

I dislike sours, but like IPAs, porters, stouts, all other beer, etc....

I am a fair weather beer drinker though. It’s only cold enough about 3 months a year for me to drink a stout.
