I wonder if they would hook you up with a frame at a crash replacement cost? Wouldn't hurt to ask, especially if you got the bike new.

Maybe. I reached out to my Evil dealer to see. I'm also waiting for the new Insurgent to come out so it might be good timing :D

Good day out on the bike today. Every stick becomes a snake after you see one on the ride. 88BA13B8-982F-49FA-BBD0-43B80ADE7346.jpg 7897FFCA-C547-42A7-B13D-DBED02BDF54A.jpg

Just to be clear, that’s usually true but you should always check current regulations. Certainly in California last year there were burn bans that even prevented using stoves outside a vehicle. And any campfire outside a developed campground in California requires a campfire permit (5 minute online process), which strictly speaking requires you to have a shovel and water. But yeah, some of my relatives back East think dispersed camping means staying in a Walmart or Cracker Barrel parking lot.

    Love snakes. ^

I worked yesterday. Off at 3pm and on the trails by 4. Perfect 65° day with hero dirt. Lots of people out but manageable. I was doing a slow gradual climb then the trail starts to go downhill, I’m picking up speed and come to a blind corner. A huge mound of dirt to my right and a drop off to my left as I’m flying around the long gradual tight single track curve I come face to face with three equestrians coming at me. I hit the skids and came to within 20’ of colliding with the lead horse. I apologized as they were backing the animals up and getting off the trail. I immediately jumped off the trail at the closest spot and let them know to go by. Three very nice ladies who also apologized even though it was my fault. We chatted and said our goodbyes with enjoy the beautiful day. Of all the years I’ve been riding and all the horse encounters I’ve had this was the scariest and closest to a collision I’ve ever had.

Did a full day epic on some local trails. 30 miles and almost 5k ft later. Great views through most of the ride!

Anybody have any experience with these guys? Something seems too good to be true and it might be. They give crazy discounts on direct bank deposits to the Shri Lanka account? And free shipping? Anyone in Florida that can check out their brick and mortar shop?

Why do you say in FL? I looked at their contact and it's a foreign number.
