    I appreciate it,

Basically getting a finders fee more than anything. I did all this from 7-9 am at work and made money.
Maybe If I can prove I can move enough volume I can get direct connections instead of having this many middle men.

Selling on social media is so easy now too and cheaper than eBay, or ones own website, etc. The guy even paid Venmo so no PP fees.

i went garmin, but im also kinda sucked into their eco system. a few garmin watches, couple gps computers, smart scale. having all that in one app is neat, even though i dont analyze or use it to influence anything

Just looked him up. Can you imagine while at work getting your steady income building a company so successful that people offer to buy it from you.

    Guy done well!

Thank you both for your feedback. I agree, the first versions of anything new will be bug-ridden until thousands of users are using the product, reporting bugs, etc. Just like a new iOS release.

Any elemnt bolt users out there (preferably the newer v2 version)? Good/bad feedback?

I clocked about 3700miles between gravel, mountain, road, and the trainer. Not bad considering we bought a second old house that needed [still needs] a ton of work and I broke my ribs in the fall.

Still dealing with lingering rib issues today.

Go Garmin, integrates with Trailforks. I’m unsure if any other brands do that though. I’ve also had great experience with their customer service.

    not enough.
ended with 1868.7mi of riding and 1944mi of active miles. just shy of my goal of 2k. which I hit in 2020. But I did do more elevation gain this last year 240,151 vs 226,806. so i'll take it. some of it might be more bike park days but i did similar days the previous year so...

I have the edge 530 and the buttons have a learning curve. Setting it up also takes some time to get the display settings you want (like wht layout for what info). But it's been fairly accurate and intuitive. I can't speak for the wahoo but the 530 is very accurate in elevation and distance. It also lasts practically forever on batteries. I could probably go an entire weekend of riding and not worry about charging it. Often times I have it in my truck and forget to charge it for the next day but there's still plenty of power for an entire week's worth of riding, no problem.

Also, I've heard some great things about their customer service. Had a friend completely smash his computer on a crash and garmin practically gave him a new one. of course, your experiece may vary. And it integrates with practically everything you want it to. :)

yeah, your housing looks wayyyy long. you could definitely stand to cut it down a little bit. I have a trek checkpoint alr4 2019 that I love. It's a great gravel bike and for a really good price. Are there sexier and nicer bikes out there? for sure. But for the occasional gravel and bikepack routes that I do, the checkpoint ticks all the boxes for me. :)

Stuff is high end for sure. I have 2 of their ICON flannels. Good stuff, worth every penny. That Pendleton wool is the shite man. Does not stink ride after ride after ride, unbelievable. I also bought a pr of the bib knickers, best pad I ever put my butt on and the material is perfect for spring/fall rides. Cant justify some of the other stuff but if the quality is there probably worth it.

JKW is sponsored by KITSBOW, or he was...

We had a good one last night... buddy went OTB on a muddy little rock drop snapped his bike light mount off. We were in pretty deep 8 miles or so back to the trucks

Luckily I had a small roll of gorilla tape that I've been carrying for years. Never needed it until last night...

    Yeah...
    $200+ for some shorts
    $250+ for a flannel
I'm sure the stuff isnt your typical Walmart, Target , or even J crew caliber material, but expensive is an understatement

Yeah, about 2500 up. Better yet, averaged 3,600 ft down each ride. Riding in Park City, I’d take the lift up half way up some days. You’d get 1600 ft free, but still end up pedaling another 2000+. Add in a few shuttle days and the up/down ratio gets better  Got somewhere around the 380k mark downhill this year.
