Especially since it syncs your rides automatically via Bluetooth. Good to know though, I've noticed some trail forks tracks are missing from my 830 so I'm likely having the same issue.

You can check which Trailforks version you're using:

Settings > Activity Profiles > MTB > Navigation > Map > Map Information > curious what version you got for Trailforks

Checked mine...2021 version. Is there no 2024 or even 2023? Maybe there's a way to update to something more current by connected to phone app via bluetooth. Garmin currently doesn't want to connect though.

I've been grading too many 4th graders writing lately. :duh:
I don't know how many times I have to say "Capital I in 'I', start with a capital, check your spelling."

Yeah... I have a feeling grammar and spelling are going to take a drastic decline in this thread :anonymous:

Big thanks to @Pugga for letting me pilfer his spare parts drawer to aid in installing the new fork. The crown race on the old rockshox 35 silver was more or less welded onto steerer, and the old bottom bearing did not fit well with the new marzocchi fork, lots of wiggle room when trying to reuse. Low and behold, there was a spare part for each of those tucked in a drawer which made everything come together. Knew at some point when buying the honzo it would need a fork upgrade and Jensen had the Marzocchi Z2 on sale for $250 - almost a no brainer.

New fork per spec is over a pound lighter (feels it in hand as well). Bumped the travel from the stock 130mm to 140mm - now I need this snow to melt away so I can test it out. Slow rolling driveway compressions while pedaling around is pretty eye opening in how terrible the rockshox fork was. No more pogo stick.

Jenson is having a blow out. The Z1 is even under $400! The Z2 is still advertised at $250 if there are any left.

How long do you guys keep an open container of DOT brake fluid? Think a bottle that has been open about a year is still good? I know it is cheap to just buy another bottle, but I would rather use up what I have. It is for the wife's bike, and she isn't sending any double blacks or anything similar.

Yeah my thoughts exactly. Almost pulled the trigger late this summer when they were letting them for for +/-$330, but missed out. Once I saw them for $250 its almost criminal to not jump all over it. The Z2 has 34mm stanchions which is all I really need anyways.

    Yeah.
If the lid was on, it's probably fine. The only moisture it would absorb would be from the air in the empty part of the bottle, which probably isn't a lot. But, I see you are on the Florida coast, so maybe more than someone in Arizona.
