seral 4 is where it’s at. 1.5L I’ve got a lezyne pump , co2 tubes, multi tool, phone, keys, can fit my elbow pads. (Without bladder) and much more. ergonomic on my lumbar. I’m ocd that I’ll need the stuff, so I always use it. Once I went osprey i haven’t looked back. They frequently go on sale too I think mine was $40

 

I have both of em, the High above Lookout(?) and the PNW. The PNW has a bit more storage but its way more bulky, mostly because it's padded and the thicc side pockets. PNW for longer days, High Above for everything else.

 

You gotta love the weather channel's future radar feature to figure out if a ride window is possible.

Needed a new derailer since mine has had the snot beat out of it. LBS didn’t have a GX in stock so XO1 it was (on sale at least). Had intentions of going AXS this fall but looks like another year with a cable and no dead batteries.

A trail system called Talking Rock in North Georgia. It drains really well.

 

But then I gotta drive to the trails I’ll wait till Monday. Fewer people too.

 

I don’t like hitting the trails on the weekends. Too busy. And e-Bikes are a menace.

I don’t bemoan that desire for electrification, but do give the right of way for people who are climbing under their own power.

I ordered some riding pants. Timing of the sale worked, my dog ate the buckle on my winter riding pants so I grabbed another pair on sale.

 

Nice, I think I'm gonna order some bibs since most of mine are dying. I am also eyeing the Marzocchi Z1 coil since it's like $260 but we will see on that one.

 

haha. we were in Moab, and left because of some extremely high winds...and we came back to straight up snow. lool. damn it.
