I've lurked the Lift thread for a good while, some interesting reading to be done there to say the least.. As per usual I fall right between their tunes, and for the same $$$ I went Grip X2 on my 38 instead, and got my 36 Grip2 reworked by Fluid Focus. I figured it would be less difficult to resale if I hated it. No regrets on the X2 though, it's the best damper Fox has put out since the OG Talas afaic. I'm squarely off team orange and on team yellow these days, Ohlins just makes a vastly superior product in my experience. I'm planning on swapping the Druid over once the new stuff lands state-side.

    Yeah.
I always keep small scraps of 2x4 and 4x4 around, or various other pieces of wood. I use the ends/corners for things like that, start by tapping lightly and increasing to whatever it takes to get it to move, then work around it evenly. I do the same when setting.

Thanks! I used a PVC to set the race, works perfectly. Only had to remove one once (which may or may not have been due to some dope cutting the steerer tube too short :anonymous:)
