Went on a ride down Mt Wilson today, man it was clear, beautiful day

    20191117_093100.jpg 20191117_095859.jpg

It was great, until i was riding home on the road, and the cleat wouldn't release from my pedal, and I fell over in the middle of an intersection. Turns out the screws that hold the cleat on the shoe are loose, so the cleat isnt turning and not releasing. I had to take my shoe off to get off the bike

    20191117_145720.jpg

So now I have to figure out how to get the shoe off the pedal... I figure I'll have to stick a screwdriver in the pedal and pry it open...

Oh man, same exact thing happened to me! I ended up having to pull the hinged part of the pedal apart with a pair of flathead screwdrivers to release the cleat.

o_O What the Fuh? That's kinda funny. Especially if you're watching someone fall off their bike and take their shoe off to be able to get off their bike. Did you put it back on to pedal home? Or did you pedal one-footed? lolz.
    Sorry, nothing helpful here.

Today I got some new shiny bits. I'm such a sucker for Hope bits. These things are so damn purdy.

That that happened to me a few weeks ago...so annoying. I think I did what you’re saying, just pried it off. You might be able to get some access from inside the shoe too

Yeah that’s referencing the full price or outlet item. Either way $75 is a good deal!
