Sight had more travel in back by 10mm. Both pedaled well, but the Sentinel felt slightly better for me. Both were very good bikes, I really only bought the Sentinel for a marginal better pedal uphill in my opinion and mostly for the color cuz I knew I wanted orange bits on it for Virginia Tech colors. Also, I found a screaming deal locally and couldn't pass it up.

Looking to get back into Olympic length triathlons after a 6 or so year hiatus. Hopefully build up to a half iron. Last one I did was on my dad's old Fuji Del Ray which was 14 years old at the time. Didn't enjoy it. I am still riding it today for my road bike..

Probably time to step up to a newer bike. I really like the Giant Defy's but it is too much for me right now with wedding savings. There are a few TCR's available around here used for an okay price but they seem to be less endurance focused from what I have read.

Anyone in here have good experience with the Giant Contend Sl-1 disc? Seems to have great reviews online, but am looking for confirmation I can fit aero bars with its brake system

Yeah it’s pretty wild. Rebecca rusch is doing an online event where people are signing up to do it this weekend.

the other ridiculous challenge some pros have done is the 10k calorie challenge....burning 10k calories in a day is ridiculous

1st week back in the office and 1 ride down on the week. Keeping up with riding is hard when you actually have to go to the office:bananadead:

We all have, and enjoy, our favorite flavor of Cheerios because we like them. But feats like those would likely result in me never wanting to ride a bike again.

    Impressive all the same though.

Just a relatively easy 30 day riding challenge for me was a chore and made me take a break off the bike for a bit. I cant imagine summiting everest virtually and then going for a rip 2 days later.

That said. "5000 Feet of Freedom" up in Ogden on the 4th of July is attracting my sadistic side at the moment.

I've been averaging 3 ride/week regardless of what was going on, on the weekends. I don't really see that happening this week. I'll be wheeling this weekend, busy today and Friday after work, which puts me at 1 ride all week. Pretty bummed on it. I'll be working from home next week so hopefully I'll be able to get back into the grove of things.
