So they honored that $44 price tag and here’s some titanium goodies.

Took the single speed out today for the first time. Love the amplified sound of the Hydras from the quietness. I had a lot of fun. I kept it short Did about 7 miles with 500 gain. Tried to keep it as flat as I could.

the XL frame dwarfs the 29er wheels. They are not 27.5

Just like with our trucks, there is always something new to try out. Cascade Components linkage for the Insurgent.

Anyone in their bike search found anything in the 2-3500 price range for small full suspension from the direct to consumer (Or online/ Or ANY where within driving distance of western CO/ Eastern Utah) ? Wife is off recovery from the last baby and our LBS market is demolished other than these peculiar Specialized status... Looks like a killer build for the money at 2600 but the mullet thing has me a little worried to get it as my Wife's main trail bike

Side note- thoughts on the status? She would probably get it in a 140.

Snow is finally starting to melt off here in town. It’s still a mess, full of snow, mud, ruts, and steep lines. Good times.
Been off the bike for a few, so I took out the Decoy to work on skills and get some laps in. Worked me.

I think there’s still a bit of work to be done. A couple volunteer crews went out there today but not sure how much remains so be cleared

3rd time seems to be the charm for my cush core installed. First time included a hammer and 4 tire levers. Fucked my tape and didn't realize until I got to a shop to use their compressor.
At the shop did a full tear down and re install and found out the original tape on my wheel came off like streamers, little strips everywhere. Whatever, new tape got the cush core in tire on sealant in fine. Went for a ride came home flat.
Today I finally took it all off again, used a knife and got all the old tape off. Re taped. Got the cush core and tire installed with no tools. Very little sealant from last time and tire seated with my floor pump. Went for a ride and felt great. Hoping it'll last through the summer

No I had some stands tape I bought years ago not knowing the rims I ordered came pre-taped. Pretty lucky they were the right width.
