Anyone use Fox factory service lately? Waiting on an email back to confirm shipping times. Will just be going about 2 hours away.

DPX2 has been on the bike 3 years without even a fluid change. Starting to sound a little gurgly the first few cycles.

I can usually ride 6 times a week, if I don’t have to travel for work, then it’s 4 times a week. I ride road, gravel and MTB, but my weekday rides average 90-120 minutes and my long ride on Saturdays, which is usually on the road bike, is 3-4 hours.

During the hot part of summer, I was getting out early in the morning but the temps of dropped a bit so I’m back to get the afternoon/evening, which is a wonderful way to refresh the brain from Zoom fatigue!

1-2 times a month on the MTB. :pout:

DJ bike?.... Everytime the kids play outside. Sure, its just clearing a few driveway gaps, practicing fakies, or on my manuals. But, atleast it gets me my Freehub cassette sound fix. :woot:

About once or twice a week. Usually 30 to 50 miles each time..around 4.5 hours max? Sometimes longer if the beach looks particularly nice or I just feel like hanging around

Also if anyone in LA is interested in riding Im usually riding around Marina Del Rey/Santa Monica area. Not the fastest but still down to meet anyone who is interested. I know a nice route with some small climbs

Sounds like you may be dealing with some cavitation to me. I would highly recommend keeping up on the basic 50hr air can services. Not only does your shock perform much better thanks to the regular service, but you won't be hit with a larger bill when something finally goes bad.

Edit: I don't know what the Fox turn around time is, but Dirtlabs would be another service option with a pretty quick turn around, pending shipping transit to CO.

Summertime about every other day. I'll alternate trail bike, ebike, bmx but spend the most time on the trail bike.

it was once a week, usually early on weekends. Lately I’ve added a ride or two after work, but I notice the rides after work are much faster and feel more like a workout. I don’t mind it, coming home feels great and my body definitely sees a difference.

Being a teacher I ride a bunch in the summer. But when school is in session I’m out there 2-3 times a week. Rides are usually 2-3k in vert, 15-20 miles each.
My usual yearly goal is 1750 miles.
We just had a baby nine months ago, soooo that’s gonna change this year.

The bar can’t lock in place with the pad on because it gets in the way. You can roll up the window and it’s fine tho.

Kinda kidding. Got some ideas rolling around myself that may include a chameleon sale.

I’ll keep the stumpy, just toying with the idea of selling the chameleon.

Might as well if you aren’t riding it. See if you can cash in on the still overpriced market while you can.

I was out of town when the frame got here last week, pretty excited to start building this. I went with Nobl TR37 with i9 hydra hubs for wheels so still about 2-3 weeks before those will be built and shipped. Most of the other major parts are in. Saddle, dropper, tires and I think bottom bracket are the only things left to order.

Also, got to check out the Pro stage at EWS Sugarloaf on Saturday. It was pretty sick watching all the big names roll down the mountain! I still need to go through my pictures but my brother got some pretty sick ones!
