that engagement is mind blowing. I've got mine laced up to some WeAreOne Union's and they're all rock solid components. threw them down lines in moab and the wheels didn't even blink. the hub helped so much on climbs and is amazing to stutter step on it.

Wont get you in the weight weenie club, but it has its perks. Did a combatives class a few years ago and they paired me up with my buddy Peter that weighted 150 something. Having 50 fit pounds on someone is just flat out cheating for something like that.

I just purchased a set. I may have been drinking whiskey to get the courage to spend that kind of money on a wheelset when I had a perfectly operating set of wheels. I agree with what everyone has to say about the hubs. They are life changing and I will never ride with a poor man's hub again. It changes the quality of my ride so much because of the technical climbing performance (now I push my bike up climbs less). Coming out of corners is also a better experience. I was coming from a DT 54t ratchet system and I was not sure it would be that different but I was wrong.
    Agreed
Yep I will never go back to crappy hubs.

DVO has been awesome and very easy to work with on getting my warranty repair done. Cant say enough good things about the customer service received, even during such a busy time. Even sent the shock back to me in this case that it would normally come in if you purchased the shock itself. (Even though the Bottom insert of the case is for the Topaz, while the top foam insert of the case is for the Jade X Coil shock . It works though!)

You will be happy - just carry a repair kit and tube for backup.

May I suggest a Bedrock Sinbad? Holds my tube and all my tools. I have one for each bike since they are perfect for the use.

Tube, tube patch, tire patch, levers and co2 + head
