Today's my last day of quarantine and I'm SO ready to get back out there. Or just leave the house...

I got told 10 days or until I passed 2 tests 24 hours apart. I had a close contact, so I was on watch. Passed my first test yesterday and should get my second results tonight.

Its taken basically my whole 10 days to get them mailed to me, taken, then processed. Work handled it all, I just had to put a q tip in my nose.

WILD week. Had two bikes stolen last weekend (garage under construction and they broke in). Found one being ridden beside me while I drove by Tuesday and today recovered the other via OfferUp, the app of stolen shit. Today involved a badass undercover cop sting operation

that sucks majorly. but also cool you got a sting op out of it. Not a lot of that happens in our area even though bike thefts are exponentially higher.

Props to you for not getting angry and just side-swapping the one riding beside you.

Glad you got them both back! Hope they are both un-damaged

I hate a thief. I worked my ass off to get them back. I was riding around the hood asking other crackheads if they had seen this bike. Felt like a detective looking for a lost child ha

Yeah after seeing it I was sorta stalking him and then dude pulled into a convenient store and left the bike outside so I casually walked up, put the bike on the rack, and drove off.

Get this, oddly both bikes came with upgraded parts?? Bizarre I know but I do believe there is a bike chop shop around. One came back with upgraded touring puncture-resistant tires and the other came back with upgraded WTB rear rim and new cassette....not kidding

    New used bike day.

Full squish instead of HT, and no dropped post (yet). Otherwise. This bike is literally exactly everything I was looking for. I usually run black everything red or orange pedals, bright blue grips so this will be weird to get used to unless I swap a bunch of stuff out. But probably won’t I’ll leave the whirligigs to the BMX for now.

Weird. I was reading a post on Reddit earlier about something similar. Cops called a guy about his stolen bike, he was able to identify enough to claim it even though the serial was scratched off. Had a few upgraded parts on there. Maybe is a crackhead tactic to say it's different so it isn't the stolen one

Our neighborhood has an abandoned golf course abutting it. Snowmobilers, hunters & dog walkers all enjoy it. We've XC in the sled trails last two winters. Got fat bikes recently so did a bit of work to make some narrow paths around the pond and through the trees.
