Happy burfday! What pattern did you get on the gloves?

I'm also getting a new rack. Actually buying an Alta Rack rather than just freeloading it again.

On a separate note, has anyone run a coil on their Bronson V2? My Fox Float X is in need of service...but maybe time for an upgrade? MRP Raze and Push 11-6 coil rears are calling my name!

I looked at those too. But when you have a flamingo tanktop already...

Yeah, Ali has been good to me, so I figured it was time to throw him a bone. Plus planning a roadtrip to Grand Junction next weekend and Moab mid April, so it'll come in clutch. No more roadtrip tetris with the back of my truck!

I'm digging the lockable fork mounts from Rocky Mounts. Stupid though that Toyota skimped on the header rail for our 3rd gens!FB_IMG_1521757549124.jpg FB_IMG_1521757543474.jpg FB_IMG_1521757549124.jpg FB_IMG_1521757543474.jpg FB_IMG_1521757555273.jpg

Agreed. Cost would be next to nothing for them to add it.

she is trying to decide between King University and Union College. we are friends with both coaches and both have great cycling programs. the SECCC is a great organization.

she has only raced the collegiate races for 2 seasons so far as a High School student. she finished 2nd in DH and DS at LMC, 2nd in Super D and 2nd in DS at King and 1st in DH and 2nd in DS at Mars Hill as a freshman in High School 2 years ago. Last year she won the DH at LMC as a Sophomore. She isn't allowed to race the A Women's group as a Junior so she has to race the B women. and most of those girls aren't into DH at all. they are pretty good at Super D because thats more XC oriented.

There are plans online for a PVC rack that goes in the bed. I made one for my 01 Taco DC and it worked relatively well. You'll still need to secure the other end of the however (I used straps).

yeah with me having the short bed, the rear wheels will actually rest on top of the tailgate(plastic). I will figure out a way to secure them. the wood rack I have planned will be solid for sure, and I think it will work out pretty well. I am just simply tired of having a hitch mount rack behind my truck all the time. it is heavy and bulky and a pain to raise and lower all the time. plus I can't let the bed all the way down with the one I have.
