I also have the RakAttach and have been running it for a little over a year now - can confirm that it's an excellent product. I did swap out the anti-rattle thing for one of these - which is much easier to take on and off (plus was more sturdy). https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LB0OX2E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Took my buddy, his trail dog and my dog out for a ride and to shoot a few clips for our local trail work group this past weekend.

This is the quick clip we made:

And here is Oskar impatiently waiting to hit the trails! Have to keep him in the bed while we get ready otherwise he will take off down the trail!

    That's awesome!

My dog loves running trails, but has never done it with me being on the bike... might have to see how he does since he likes to walk right behind me.

Random question about your dog. If you are on a downhill section that switch backs does your dog stay on the trail or does he say screw it and skips the corners? Mine cheats every single time and then is so proud for being faster than me

Yeah you should bring him with you biking! Thats the only way we can actually get him tired...well biking and swimming are the only ways. Dog loves to swim.

If he sees he can take a cheater line, he will everytime haha. He has to run pretty quick to keep up so he takes any shortcut he can, I dont blame him!

I have a Yakima Ridgeback 4 hitchmount that I use to carry my bike(s). I notice that, when I use the top tube adapter, I get a lot of swing from the bike, even to the point where the pedal arm bumps the hitch rack. Have you guys seen this happen and are there any adjustments I can make to prevent this? Thanks!
[UPDATE]: I switched my bike around to utilize the seatpost mountpoint as a stabilizer on the top tube instead of the seatpost and that seems to help (see pic), but if there are any other suggestions out there I'd like to hear them!
