Ah that's right. Could always do it shuttle style with amigos in the truck bed depending on how far you guys are going.

I'm planning on hitting a few bike trails and breweries up in Bentonville the weekend of the 20th. Can any locals recommend some fun trails I can hit in my Tacoma? Nothing too difficult, I do need to make it back to Houston. haha!

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

I’m gonna throw this out there, how many of you guys would be interested in a bike specific duffel bag for your gear? I know Dakine made one but stopped and Osprey makes one, now Thule introduces on at Eurobike but they are all the same style, basically a standard duffle with some “features.” I’m thinking something to keep clean clothes, dirty clothes, helmet, shoes, tools, and food separate/organized. What do you think?

Just want to hear from a group of bikers before I go too deep.

I'd be very interested in this idea. Would love to have a small gym type bag/duffel to tote MTB gear around.

Solid! I have an idea I’ve been working out but next step is actually making a prototype. I wanted to see what more people think before I put that effort in haha.

I use a small north face duffel. It works well but it’s just a plain duffel so finding stuff smaller stuff is kind of a pain.

Yea, I just use a small nike duffel/gym bag, that has a separate side section for shoes and dirty clothes. It works well, but would love something that's designed with mountain biking gear in mind.

I’d be interested to see your design. I’ve been using a Mountainsmith bike cube for a few years now, but the zippers are really starting to show wear and binding.

I've been using a Shimano fishing duffel bag for my gear for a few years now and i've gotta say it's the best. So nice to just know your stuff is in the bag and grab it. I even have a pocket i keep cold weather stuff in just in case I get to the trail head and it's freezing. Big fan of the gear duffel!

I had not seen that mountainsmith stuff before. That dump trunk hauler is closer to the design I was thinking. A little more specific to biking gear though. I’m gonna do some more research and see if I can get a solid design drawn up.

Ogio makes some great bags that work for sports gear. They are not bike specific but they check all the boxes.

First impression; sounds expensive. Especially considering Specialized and Comp model

I have 2017 one and love it to pieces. Running carbon 29er rims, very stiff. A bit bummed about new Hightower. They made it longer 150/140 travel and slacker with 65.5 head tube, pushing it away from perfect trail machine to more gravity oriented. Mine is 140/135 with 67 angle and it is just right.

I use the Ogio endurance bag. Its a triathlon bag so it ticks all the boxes, vented dirty gear compartment, helmet spot, separate shoe compartment, and a bunch of nice other features
