Yo @Gunshot-6A ; what time does Rampage start on Saturday? I'm trying to fit it into my football watching schedule

Usually ends up on youtube after not very long as the full stream. I will say that as cool as Rampage is, there is a lot of downtime during the event since each of the 13 riders has a 10 minute window after the starting beep to cross the start line. Usually they'll sit up there until the wind slacks just enough then they'll rush through their line in like a minute.

 

Red Bull TV always has a livestream for rampage and most of the DH races. But it's glitchy so be patient.

Bummed I decided to not go this year (even had access to vendor tickets), but you all owe it to yourself to go witness Rampage once in your lives (and then go ride some killer trails after)

 

I've nearly poo'd myself just watching them, no way I could ride the stuff out there lol

 

You say that but you totally could ride some of it. Come on out sometime and I'll take you for a lap on Gooseberry Mesa and Guacamole. You'll do great!

For sure. I am gonna cry when work says I have to move east here in a couple years.

Park City is 45 from my driveway
Ely, NV is 4 hrs west
Moab and Fruita are 4 hrs east
Hurricane/Virgin/Geezy are 4 hours south

 

What about Idaho? I hear they have some good riding

Idaho is actually one of America’s hidden gems that tends to fly under the radar IMHO. For more reasons than just the pedal options.

 

Haha that’s what I’ve heard. I almost got a job there earlier this year, I was sad when I didn’t get it haha

 

From what I’ve experienced there, it can be a pretty amazing place to call home.

Where was the job located? Always future opportunity’s I’m sure.
