Lol a few seconds later right before it wasn’t he said “I’m gonna kick your ass if it’s harder” then it got hard and he yelled “you lied to me!” That’s when I laughed in the video lol

    Yeah, im always having issues.

Yeah ive gone through a handful of road bikes and bounced around in sizing. Can never get it quite right either. I feel like im somewhat close on this one - but all the adjustments allude to going up a frame size lol. It'll have to work for now.

Brought my Devinci Spartan in to get the bars cut down instead of buying a new set and I should get it back in a week or so. I'm pretty excited, they're going from 780mm to 750mm which is a much better width for me. Riding season with ice patches isn't for another month or so but it sure beats the two feet of snow in the forest right now!

Worked on mounting my Yakima bicycle racks today. Got one installed. Had to modify the clamping mechanism to get it to fit around the thick cross bars. Also, decided to illuminate them just in case I'm loading or unloading at night.

Thanks duder! It’s a 2019 Cannondale Habit Carbon 3, mostly. I swapped out wheels, drivetrain, and brakes out of the box because I just did not want a Sram equipped bike, and have never been a fan of Stan’s wheels. I posted a for sale thread for it a while back, if you are curious about the build.

In a similar situation. Wish I can just walk into a store and try some one.

ended ordering a Giro Fixtute with MIPS. Waiting for it to arrive.

also ordered a Smith Venture in a Small. Which according to their site was my size but fit was too tight so now waiting for a Medium size to arrive and compare the two helmets.

    is that giro fixture?

I can still go buy things from the bike shop they just bring it out to you, but I've tried a handful of times even before the virus shutdowns to get a specific helmet and the shop dropped the ball every time. I'll still support them, but 3 strikes on an item and I go elsewhere.

12 mile ride on Saturday with a buddy. The Arizona Trail - Walnut Canyon portion. It was a great 800 ft downhill ride over 6 miles. Plenty of swooping sections with small jumps. However, the slog back up was a different story!

Heading back out today to take the trail in the opposite direction from the parking lot.

I don't think I have any good photos of it in action or in a nice place but I'll see what I can do!
Edit: no photos other than my dark entryway. This year will be the year for some photos on the trail lol

Do you have any pics of the bike on the truck from the front of the truck? Curious of how far it sticks out and high up the bikes are above the cab line.

Based on the photos, measure you bike from the chainstays up and that's your stick up height and the distance from your stem to end of you bars would be the stick out width.
