If you’re talking about the one in the first post of the thread, I sold that one. The start of the one that was going to go behind the the factory bumper, I still have. I’m still not 100% on what I want to do up front but it more than likely will involve either the factory bumper or a plate bumper

 

Slowly getting there so really I’m just preparing for the upcoming years when it inevitably gets worse

Remember the old commercial where “I fallen and I can’t get up”? When you *STRUGGLE* to get off the floor then you can start complaining. Better yet you have to roll off a creeper to get up or have to grab aka a door handle, a bumper, top of a tire, or just about anything to help you get up.

Work hard, play harder!

But I had fun until some Lawyer hit me when I was on my bicycle. Then drives away when the paramedics showed. The last thing I remember was seeing the little computer on the handlebars reading 37.5 mph. That one hurt.

BP swap kit is here and 60% installed. VERY happy so far with the kit. Forgot (didn't realize) that I needed a separate fan relay control kit so I got that ordered. I also need a different oil pressure sensor but other than that, everything is there. I still need to run a few more wires for the oil pressure/trans temp/coolant temp sensors so I will loom those and run along the BP harness for a factory look. GM pedal trimmed down and installed, firewall plate riveted in place, and most shit is routed to just about where it needs to be.


I am going to build a nice aluminum air intake box so keep it as sealed off from the engine bay as possible. I even have some Lexan laying around for a clear top....

 

Can I ask a stupid question?
Where or What is the gas pedal from?
I had to buy a pedal, tach module, ECU/PDM from an 02 Silverado and $1175 for a wiring harness. I also had to buy new 02’s after spending over $120 for Denso 02’s. I purchased just about every part more than once!

 

I’m not sure what vehicle the pedal is meant for, but it was included in the BP engine controller kit. Complete new harness, ecm, tcm, ecu mount, gas pedal, gm o2 sensors, and MAF sensor and weld on maf plate for $1550 delivered

 

Cluster and center console back from powder. Should have this thing turning over in the next two weeks

Vinyl flooring, center console, cluster, gauges, scangauge, and new radio are in. BP harness is 95% installed, just need to hook up the fuel pump wire and bolt down the ecm and tcm. I decided to upgrade the fuel regulator and filter before I even try to crank it so I went with an Aeromotive adjustable regulator and filter. Running new lines for that currently. Transmission is off getting looked at as well....

New steering wheel is on the list... tried to clean off the bullshit that is on there and now it shows up more lol

 

This build makes me feel like such a hack haha.

What are you doing for a transfer case shifter?

Hmmm…
I may have a 05-11 leather steering wheel and airbag available in a few weeks.
I’m going to see if a 3rd. Gen wheel will work in my LS swap 07.

 

JB Custom Fabrication cable shifter will go next to the transmission shifter in the old cupholder eventually

 

Hopefully I can order just the cover itself. Airbags and shipping are crazy expensive
