Shit I call that a man with BALLS to try what others wouldn’t.
And I think I can top that. How many of you have hit a parked car on a bicycle?
    I have :anonymous:

Screwing around with a few of my buddies doing little short sprints while out doing a training ride I got the jump and looking behind me to see if anyone was going to catch me, I hit a parked car @ 37.5 mph. The only reason I know how fast I was going is the last thing I remember is seeing was the little computer on my handlebars as I was going over the bars. The fastest slow motion on earth….

Only did pulls in 2nd gear as this truck just ain’t designed to spin the tires at 120mph. I don’t have the actual numbers at the moment but final run was around 305hp at the wheels and around 385hp at the crank. I’ll post the actual screenshots once I get them.

with that being said, everything went well and the truck runs and shifts great.

    I see that! :hattip:

So I’m just guessing it’s a little bit stronger than the 2.7L & 4.0L?
One more question when you get up to say 70 mph what RPM’s is the engine turning?

    Just a little stronger haha.

I’ll get back to you on the RPMs at 70. I haven’t put it on the road yet

Swapped to an 1.25" master cylinder and FINALLY got the brake lines on the rear axle to stop leaking, so I finally have great brakes.

Topped off fluids, did a bolt check, put insurance and and a tag on it and took it for about a 30 mile drive today.

About 200 trouble-free miles so far.

Things I have done since the last post...

    - Made a polycarb intake cover to keep some hot air out of the engine
    - Added an 18" Vibrant resonator
    - Installed new u-joints and seals in the front axle shafts
    - Received the Grizzly locker and 4.56 gears for the front
    - Received the Warn hubs

I plan on making the install appointment for the front gears sometime next week after I order the install kit.

    :lalala: SHUT THE F**K UP‼️

Rubbing it in on us poor f**kers who are still down and out!!

I finally just told the shop to redo ALL the Wiring on mine‼️ :frusty:

The new shop going to try to put the GM ECU inside the cab and install most the relays / breakers inside the factory Toyota main box. They said there’s all kinds of space because my truck from the factory is as base as they get with Power Brakes & Steering w/ AC, manual every thing else.
Here’s an example of what the initial installer did! He had to run a power wire from the switch that controls the relays that power the electrical fans. So he used a BLACK wire that was to SHORT, he then butt connected a BLUE wire to finish the connection. Now this was all hidden in a bunch of electrical tape!:smack:
You install a power wire and use BLACK wire then change the wire color to BLUE❓ He has lose grounds, bad connections and wrong connections, half the wiring looks like a rats nest and a big F**king mess.
Fucker was either to cheap or lazy to buy red wire⁉️

It's been too hot to do much lately, but still slowly knocking some things out.

    - Made some hi-lift mounts for the bed rail
    - Built bumper/recovery point mounts and got them welded on.

I've got an idea in my head of what I am going to do with the front bumper stuff now after a year of thinking about it lol
