Got the other bedside welded up, now I just need to pick up some bondo and try my hand at that. Tail lights are also mounted and I started on some of the fender supports...

Didn't touch the truck this weekend, decided to take it off and catch up on some rest. I did do the passenger side valve cover gasket on Friday and will probably do the driver side next weekend. The bedsides are done for the most part though, I think they turned out pretty good.

Got the tail gate built and now just waiting on the latch to come in and that will be done, also have to clean up the wiring for the lights. Also got the front axle cleaned up with a wire wheel. The bed floor and rear bumper will be next in line. I plan on doing some real damage to my bank account on cyber monday so that will kick start the axle and parts gathering for the front suspension.

Haven't gotten a lot done lately, but have been ordering more and more parts. I ordered a Chassis Unlimited steering arm and stud kit with their cyber Monday discount and also ordered some shift knobs and a Dana 44 to Toyota pinion flange. Picked up some cheap steel wheels a couple weeks ago as well.

The bed floor frame is about 85% done and I picked up some 11 gauge sheet for that. Hopefully I will have that knocked out by next weekend.

Bed floor, tie down hooks, and jerry can holder are complete. I also got the vinyl floor put in as soon as it arrived. Waiting on a used factory shift boot to come in to complete the floor.

Still waiting on my Low Range Off-road order and I also ordered some new corner lights for the front to get rid of the water filled black ones. Also ordered all my steering links and TRE's from RuffStuff on one of their "12 days of Christmas" sale.

Finally got a stock air intake back on it with a half-assed intake tube. it works though and don't have much money tied up into it.

I have the rear bumper wrap-arounds tacked up and ready to weld. The truck is currently down because of a bad tire so it will be sitting until I can find a nice used replacement. Not buying a new tire when I will be buying 4 brand new 35's in the near future.

Also got to take it out with fellow member "The End" this weekend. Didn't do much but I did manage to make a mess.

Got the rear "bumper" wrap-arounds welded up. This is probably all that the back bumper is going to consist of. I couldn't think of any other ideas of what to do

build is going slower than anticipated but I did manage to get the hi-lift mounts made and welded on. Hopefully next I can get this axle re-geared so I can start putting that back together

Build is slowing down even more as I am finally buying a house, but that means more space for tools and building shit. Should be all moved in by the middle of February so until then there will be no or very minor updates, like this one

The original door panels were submerged in water for some time by the previous owner when he sank it so I have been running without them. I came across a guy who did something like this, which gave me the idea to do it.

I ordered some eighth inch black ABS plastic sheet off of ebay and traced the old door panels and cut them out with all the necessary holes. I re-attached all the plastic parts and threw them back on. Nice, simple, and clean finish that will be no problem to clean if they ever get wet or dirty again, which I'm sure will happen.

I moved at the beginning of February so I have been slammed with getting the house the way I want it... painting, floors, clearing out the land, all that on top of working way too much. I dropped the axle off to get re-geared and the locker installed.... over a month ago. It's the same guy that did my 60 on my Tundra, but he said he either lost or someone stole some of his tools he needs to set the gears and that they are expensive. I wasn't too concerned because I have been busy anyway, but now I am getting antsy to get it back. I haven't heard from him in a couple weeks. I Did however finally get all necessary power ran in the garage for he welder, plasma. And all other hand tools.

I did start on the frame link mounts. Not much progress, but it's something. The pic is of the upper link mount that will be adjustable.
