Got a little bit done over the week and this weekend. Next thing is to get the upper link mount for the axle made so I can get that mocked up and cycle the suspension. If everything is good then I can start bracing all the brackets up and welding them in.

Got all the frame brackets welded on, all tube inserts welded, Derale steering cooler installed, Steering lines ran from the pump to the box, and made an attempt to modify the exhaust to clear the upper link. Hopefully it will work, it will be a week or so before I can test clearances again. Also started on the transmission crossmember.

Picked up what I thought were 12" Sway-a-way 2.0 resi coilovers for $350, but it ends up they are 14"... no complaints about that though

I managed to get quite a bit done this week and weekend. I got the pain in the ass part of the exhaust done. The cat is in the stock location but rotated some, this was about the only option I had. Made a firewall plate for the steering shaft out of some 11 gauge I had which is overkill for that part, but I had it laying around so whatever.

Fitting the PSC ram was also a bitch, but managed to get that crammed in there as well. I still need to source a sleeve of aluminum so I can limit its travel internally.

Transmission crossmember is also done, which was also a pain in the ass. I think it will work just fine though.

I pulled the truck out of the garage to crank it up for the first time in a month and to bleed the steering, check oil pressure, and the new radiator for leaks. Everything worked perfect and I can steer with one finger at idle still with the stock pump.

One picture is as it sits, and another is with the back jacked up to where it will sit after I get the 63's put in.
