    Thanks guys!

Just a simple tube bumper. I just have to get my winch first, maybe I'll order it this week.

I think I'm going to have a bunch of tube left over so I may sell the TG bumper and build something a little tighter to the body

Been slow lately, but here are a couple updates..

Ended up ordering new Radflo 12" coilovers from Brian @ 4WU, still another 2 weeks out on those.

I got my winch, spare wheel and a couple of other things to keep me busy until then.

I also got my brake lines in front FROR but I am going to need to upgrade the master cylinder so I have the MC adapter and fittings from SKY Manufacturing on the way and a Chevy 1 1/8" MC going in,

Front bumper is in progress... I need to pick up some 1" tube to finish it

Coil over springs showed up a couple days ago, coil overs should be here sometime late next week. Ordered a new proprtioning valve for the brakes as well as a few other brake parts. The Chevy master cylinder is in, but the brakes still need some improvement.

Bumper is 98% done and the winch is in and hooked up.

I realize that you have the bumper welded into the frame rails that you installed for the front axle, but what do you think it weighs without the winch?

Without the winch or the winch plate, I'd say around 50 pounds. Probably a little less

GM 1-1/8" master cylinder installed along with a Wilwood proportioning valve to replace the non-working stock one out back. All that is left for the brakes is to weld the tabs back to the frame on the front and re-install the clips to hold the connection where hard line meets the flex line.

Coilovers should be arriving any day now

At least another month before its wheelable.

    Still needs:
    Rear gears/locker/axle rebuilt
    Front drive shaft
    Rear shocks
    Traction bar
    Limit straps
    Bump stops
Light bar and all accessory switches wired and installed
    Build/mount spare tire

That's all I can think of at the moment

Haven't had time to touch this thing lately, and probably won't for a while. The Front shaft is done and installed however but It will be useless until I re-gear and lock the rear.

I like what you're doing here, especially making your own firewall plate. Isn't the seal backwards?

    Just curious.

If I remember correctly, it was backwards in the pic because I remember flipping it around. But now it's completely ripped, so I guess it doesn't really matter now lol
