    Looks solid so far.

Figure a price when you're complete.

    Thanks.

Didn't get shit done today because I ran out of wire .... I'll only have 30 minutes from the time I get off to the time Airgas closes to get wire for the rest of the week. I really don't want to pay a premium and get my Wire from tractor supply...

I did get my warn winch kit today though, a day early. Got to love Amazon prime

Radiator skid complete. It's thrown together now, but I will build it better and beefier after this weekend. It's just a 1/4" plate bolted to a couple of brackets that I welded to the frame. It's got a slight bow in it from the heat of the plasma, but I'll address that later during the rebuild.

    Before and after pics..

Also got started on the frame mount for the traction bar. I'm trying to get that completely done tomorrow.

    OK... I want one.
What's the cost + shipping to San Diego, CA?

    That is solid as hell!

    Killer job.

Damage report from the Croom ride on 10/18/15... Broken front passenger side inner axle shaft, outer axle shaft, u-joint, and lower ball joint. I believe the joint failed first (parts store MOOG greasable joint) which took out both axle shafts along with it. The joint could have been pressed in incorrectly or just a faulty joint... I'm not sure. After it broke, I was still in the gas and while the broken parts were spinning around in there, it destroyed the nut and threads on the lower ball joint.

Yup, at least on just the passenger side for now. The inner shafts have to be custom cut because this is an uncommon axle, so nobody has the shafts on the shelf.

Ordered both axles and an upgraded u-joint this week. The custom inner shaft is only a week out which is good, and the other parts should be here sooner. I'll pick up the ball joints and hub seal from Napa once the shafts arrive.

Decided to start on the electronics part of the build. The light bar has been mounted and the switches have been 80% wired. I'm still not sure where I can mount the fuse block and relays... Not much room under the hood so I may do behind the seats mounted to the back wall under the window.

The Dutchman inner shaft arrived finally, so that along with the Yukon chromo outer and Alloy USA u-joint were installed. I replaced both ball joints with the "high dollar" NAPA ball joints (made in the USA believe it or not). I had to clearance the REID knuckle so the new shafts and joints would fit through... No biggie though. Did a few 4-low, 2nd gear clutch drops in the yard and everything is working perfect

Just about got my fuse/relay panel completed. I think it turned out decent, I don't like wiring whatsoever but I took my time and tried to do it right. I have one more spot for a relay once I need it down the road...

The original speedometer cable broke because the exhaust ran right by it and pushed the cable up, essentially putting a slight kink in it. That, along with the heat of the exhaust, caused it to break I believe. So I got a new cable installed and started cutting the exhaust apart.... Again. So far I have turned it down and back slightly to avoid the speedometer cable and welded the mid pipe back in to a little past the rear o2 sensor. Contemplating taking it to an exhaust shop to get the muffler and piping after the sensor ran correctly. I HATE building and welding exhaust.

Also got the limit straps in for the front along with the hardware. I'm running he short strap in the middle of the axle to limit full droop (to prevent the driveshaft from binding). The longer ones will be ran at each wheel to limit the coilovers to about 1" less travel than fully extended.
