My name is Bob, and I own two Toyotas, a 2005 Tacoma which is the first new vehicle I ever purchased at age 55. I also own an older (1984) Toyota pickup 4 wheel drive. This 84 was a tow behind vehicle that my friend bought new in 84 to hook onto his Winnebago motorhome. This truck has approximately 25,000 miles on the original engine , however the odometer shows 148,000 miles as it was pulled all over the place. The 84 has a 22R engine with a 5 speed tranny I plan on doing some minor bodywork and a new coat of paint. I think I will keep it the stock color a pale yellow.

WELCOME--where are the pictures???? LOL- just busting you chops!
I would like some pics of the 84-they do NOT make them like they used to.
HANG ON to that one. rebuilt the carb yet?
Diaphram gaskets usually crack. Sold my 91 a while ago-still regret it.
