been farting around sanding and preping one wheel pretty much all day. got it primed and 2nd coat of paint is on. It feels quite "gritty" due to all the glitter in the paint. What is the trick to smooth it out. Is it just to keep adding light clear coat coats until it sorts itself out or am i missing a step here? So far they look ok. Much better than before but far from perfect but.....dont care too much due to it being 16+ years old. Just looking for pointers from someone that has done this properly before.

    Thanks all....
