Get my user name right fool. :D In my honest opinion I think the frame will crumple before the bumper will. I've tugged on a Tacoma buried to the frame on 35s a few times with the bumper and it hasn't bent or warped anything. I've also been yanked out a few times (buried in 4 feet of snow). I've plowed into rocks with the bumper and so far I've only had scrapes in the bumper that I just touched up with paint. I've bumped into a 10 diameter tree on accident and haven't had any problems.

I've also had the All Pro bumper. I like that each piece was bent instead of welded together. I understand the point of the separate sections bolted together but I don't agree with it. If you damage one "wing" you will most likely warp/bend the center section as well. Of course you can fix that but it still wouldn't be perfect. Also, the bumper isn't really designed for bumping into anything. It has great clearance but it's really thin. The bumper is great for someone looking for extra clearance and won't be bumping into anything. The build quality is great and I think if they made this bumper a solid one piece out of 3/16ths steel they'd have more sales. It would add a little more weight but it would be more stout in return and I think that's what more people are looking for. That's why I went with the Relentless bumper. I even had him build it to resemble the All Pro one slightly.

This is the obstacle I slammed my bumper on. Then got high centered on it and winched out. This is right before the difficult part. The bumper didn't budge.

And as a comparison this is what the rock did to my stock skid. Nothing at all happened to the bumper.

edit: and yes I know I need to flip my bolts so they dont get torn off on a rock.

Has anyone with a relentless had those wings touch the plastic under the headlights or the front of the fender? I have seen pictures of having it almost touching during some articulation...

Someone hurry up and pick the corner up with a forklift so i can see...

I really like the winch access on them too.

Mine touches my fenders while flexing. There is room for adjustability though. I've just been to lazy to re-mount it and mess with it.

The light bars extend below the surface so you'd need to weld filler disks in and grind it all smooth. I think it would look dumb because of how much the bumper extends out to hold the light and radiator guards. It's your bumper though.
