Almost done: Surge tank fastener torque spec clarification needed please.

    I'm clear on the torque spec for the four bolts that fasten the surge tank to the intake manifold but where I'm not certain is the torque spec for the two nuts that thread onto the studs that are on either end of the intake manifold that do likewise. Those can't possibly be 21 ft lb too, are they? Please advise.

    I guess that I should have realized that the studs are the same diameter as the bolts so same torque would apply. So that's what I did.
