When i go back over there to finish up the exhaust i'll take some. Oh by the way idk how the JBA headers perform yet, but i do know iam not happy with them at all. As far as a manual trans goes you CAN NOT put the engine in with the headers pre installed. And theres 1 bolt on the driver side header that cant go in due to the pipe being in the way.

That sucks man! I would've told you not to get the JBA's man...People have had issue's with them, and there quality isnt the best. The Dough Thorley's are a much better header. Sorry!

Can you get to the bolt from maybe the wheel well? thats how I had to get mine on...

Yeah i wish i would of got the Dough Thorley's, but hey we all make mistakes. I can get to the area, the problem is the nut doesnt fit. The header pipe is to close, i kinda think it may be a deffect or something, I even took it to my buddy at the exhaust shop and he doesnt know what to do...

Well i got most of the exhaust bolted up still have some exhaust leaks, so im gonna take it to the exhaust shop and see what the cant do. Only thing i noticed is it idles like its cold and hesitates when you hit the throttle. Im guessing its due to 6 month old gas and exhaust leaks. Anyone care to comment on this?

Not sure about the hesitation. Maybe the TPS is off?

I had a tough time with getting all of my exhaust leaks fixed. But it wasnt too bad. Just a PITA.

But it probably is bad gas and the leaks. Is the fuel filter good? I would maybe change it If its old.

Truck ran great all the way up till i pulled the engine. Theres no check engine light or anything, thats why i was kinda thinking it was gas and leaks cause the CEL wont really come on for stuff like that.
