The metal bars need to be in specific locations and I'm not sure you got that correct. Did you match the dots?

 

nice try you guys/gals it was installed correctly, were it locks in the cotter pin i put it in the lowest setting, that way i can jimmy in insulation in between the bars. But you guys were good at sniffing it out lol i also bought a camco wave 3 catalytic heater for good measure. Like I said im going to go camping in the snow in december and want to be ready before then so im "dialing everything right now instead of the last min now im just waiting for insulation that i ordered on Amazon tick tock tick tock

Yeah mine is in the lowest pin setting also. yours looks torqued one way or another. Maybe you need to play with the ties at the corners
