    BILSTEIN 5100 OME 888 ICON aal 285/70R17 FALKEN AT3
    Aloha just moved to Houston and bought a 2018 dbl cab trd offroad. Did the usual 5100 ome 888s with 285/70/17. Haven't had any issues with rubbing yet. Only issues I have with the 3rd gen is the transmission feels a little clunky. Also I might look into the seat spacer.

    Yes its auto. On the freeway it always feels like its searching for gears. Downshifting to a stop feels a little rough.

    Oh okay. I have no experience with that particular transmission. I do know that some modern automatics try to keep you in a certain rev range all the time and that includes downshifting. I'm sure others can chime in here. What did you drive before this one?

    I drove a 16' 4runner and a honda s2k. I do love this Tacoma, just a few annoyances.

    The seat spacer raises the back if the seat up approximately 1". Supposedly makes a world of difference in comfort.
