Alpine halo 11 or Similar Pictures

I’ve got the same Heigh10 unit and have never had an issue with call audio specially since I take a lot of calls on the road for work. Some users who have the unit don’t know that the default option for audio calls has the mic set to the external one included in the kit so if you don’t go to the settings first and change it to use the internal mic people won’t be able to hear you.

 

I've made and received calls without issue. I have had to turn it up louder than I expected due to road noise but that's it, ha.
