Alpine Loop 1st week of October

Guys,
I'm currently installing an OME full system on my '04 Tacoma in preparation for our annual Ouray visit. In the past, we always trailered our '97 Jeep TJ up there and used it on the trails. This year we're driving the Tacoma up there and will try it out. We won't be doing Poughkeepsie or Black Bear, but the others are fair game. We will be staying in a rental house on Ouray's main street.

Any advice or suggestions? Anybody else going to be up there at that time?

Good luck. Imogene and Engineer passes are mostly closed due to snow by the end of September.
