Altenator issues

Wire coming from altenator to relay box burned battery light comes on then goes off any idea what would solve this problem

 

Figure out what caused the problem repair or replace as needed

Do you mean the wire coming off the B terminal of the Alternator to the Fuse Block??

 

yes this where it's at battery light sometimes come on when startup truck stays on few seconds to maybe a minute then goes out

 

Time to figure out what caused your problem??

I wonder shorted diode in the Alternator

I would hope you can remove the nut on the alternator without breaking.
