Alternator and fan belt slowly keep turning after the truck is off

    Thats what it appears to be. Your truck is moving with it in gear. Totally normal for it to do that, without the parking brake set. If you had your parking brake pulled all the way, I’d check the rear brake shoes, and also adjust them up if they aren’t worn out. Rear shoes out of adjustment will also cause a long travel brake pedal application.

    If all the pulleys are tight the only thing that will allow a belt to move would be the crankshaft.

    Looks like its rolling back in gear......if its manual, your rear brake adjusters need to be checked...
    bet that blade is stuck on top star adjuster.....
