I have a 2020 TRD Offroad. I'm installing a Dometic CFX 35 in the back seat, it's a 60 watt system. While operating the rig I would like to power the frig using the carport, I have a Jackery 500 for when I'm camping. Should I upgrade the alternator? If yes to what size alternator?

Also, plut it into the jackery, then the jackery into the truck. Fridge will always have power, and the jackery will charge when the truck is on.

That's the way to do it assuming the jackery won't draw more than 150 watts (or 400 watts if you mod the wiring to allow 400w anytime)

Isn't the 12v limited to ~120 watts via the fuse?

No, your alternators not even going to notice that fridge or the jackery.

Yup. I plug my Ecoflow into the 12v cig to charge it 24/7 while driving and then have the fridge running off the EcoFlow battery. Battery stays 100% while driving, no issues. You're truck wont notice...max you can pull from the cig outleti is around 100w anyways.
