Always-On Accessory Plugs?

In my previous Tacomas, I've been able to rig my accessory plugs (cigarette lighter) so that they're always powered up, even with the engine off, by simply pulling the accessory power relay, and jumpering it with a piece of scrap wire. It comes in handy when I need to charge my phone on the jobsite.

I'm not seeing an accessory power relay on my 2022. Has anybody found a way to make this work on a 3rd gen? I don't care if it's the usb ports, or the old cigarette lighter style.
