So in order to take out the panel below the steering wheel. If I remember correctly you need to take out the long piece plastic above the rocker panel, then the kick panel? Am I correct on this Ramon?

this is what it will look like when you remove the panel below the steering wheel:

See the little 30 AMP purple fuse on the left of the picture below?

The relays are behind that fuse panel

Those are the best pics I currently have from a different mod I did on my 2013 Taco.

Ill try and get better pics of this specific mod hopefully this weekend.

I can honestly say if you had posted this in the original first part of the thread I would have passed. It is well known that I am not inclined to do this stuff, and will have to pay someone to do it. So I will be sending mine back to you bro, thanks for all your time. I have your address already.

So I'm trying to make sure I can do this right once I get to the relay. Will it just pop out or will I have to do something else

Yeah, No, too much work, hahaha! I tried to reach up behind that fuse panel, and I can feel the three relays, just as you described. I just can't get my chubby little booger hooks around the relay to pull it. I definitely need power supply with ignition off, though, especially for camping and hunting. I will try something straight off the battery with a battery tender connection and a wire that can reach out through the grill for these occasions. That way I can wire an underhood work light to it with the same connector and even run a tender on it in freezing weather. And wind up about 20 feet of good wire and stow in under the hood. Thanks for the ideas!

So here's a pic of mine @ramonortiz55 I have no blue relay in sight of what you picture. Just took all that apart for nothing

That is way out of my caliber, fuck thought it was the blue thing you were pointing to. Oh well I'll just give it to a member if they want it. Not worth all that headache to just be able to charge a phone while camping overnight. It took me this long to just work up the courage to take all this shit apart, that's why I thought it was the blue relay you were pointing to
