It depends on the specific wheel. Some 16" wheels will not clear the Taco brake calipers. Best to look around here and see what wheels people have in a 16". Then ask them if they had the grind the calipers.

DO NOT call 4wheelparts and ask them. They will say that no 16" wheels fit the taco, which is wrong.

The other specs you posted (bolt pattern, backspacing) will be fine.
