go knock on his door and say "do yo mind if i come in for a minute? i would like to formally apologize for my poor driving the other day, here is a fruit basket as a token of goodwill"
then when he is distraced by the fruit basket, you release the mice from teh pvc tube you have hidden in your pant leg. they will procreate and poo all over his fancy rugs. revenge will be yours!

if his car is close to your truck (other side of the road or something) "accidentally" spray it with water when washing your truck. he would be pissed you got his car all wet with hose water.

or set up a lawn sprinkler that gets his car every now and then.

or maybe dont do anthing to his car directly but something that is unaviodable, like take your truck to a mud hole and fill the box with mud, then plop the mud all around his car on the road so that when he goes to leave he is the one getting his car dirty

Ya sounds like you were in the right. If he came up to your window you should have gotten out and dropped him!
