Just had a oil change done but the wasted oil that I got out from the truck is less than the new oil I just putted in. I had 5.2 litters new oil putted in but only got 4.5 litters back. was that normal or my engine was burning oil??

Did you include the amount of oil that was in the oil filter? Did you change the filter?

What was the level on the dipstick before draining the old? How many miles were on it?

You can never get all the old oil out. Some is in the filter... some just sticks like that last little bit on the shampoo bottle.

    Some useage is normal.

A-firm, all engines burn oil, new, old, in-between. It also depends on how/where you drive.
