Am I missing anything for this build.

I have been searching and reading forum posts for 3 days, I hate being the newb that asks without looking on my own first... I will put on my flame suit now and be ready for it but here is what I have lined up, I just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

    Armor:
    Front Bumper
    Rear Bumper
    Sliders
    IFS Skid
    Tranny skid
    T-case Skid

All Pro Expedition rear lift kit
    All Pro UCA

    Radflo front coilovers
    Radflo Rear shocks
    Extended front brake lines.

Am I missing anything? I hope not, this is quite a chunk of money I am gonna spend, but I dont want to go half assed, nor do I have need for a full on long travel suspension!

Reason I am aiming for the expedition leafs, I have a cap and a sleeping platform / storage box that I am building.. plus tools, and recovery gear. I may also be towing a smallish trailer now and then. I don't mind a slight rake to my rig so 1" higher in the rear won't bug me.

Anything bad to say about Radflo?

Also, I plan on running 255/85R16's on the STOCK wheels any problems foreseeable with that? Will I need wheel spacers, should I just bite the bullet and get new wheels? sucks that 15" wheels don't fit a second gen :( I know I will probably have to clearance the front body mount a little either way.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I come from building big Jeeps, so IFS is really new to me.

    Thanks in advance,
    Ronin

It all looks good, havent heard to much about radflo. King Fox and ICON tend to be the more popular on tacomas though...

You will also need extended rear brake lines.

Only thing for armor i might add would be a rear diff skid (BAMF makes some) and maybe LCA skid if you want max armor...

Also the 255's will be fine on stockers XXXX runs them on his truck. Good luck on the build and post pics :D

Also what front/rear bumper you planning on and what sliders?

What exactly do you intend to use the rig for (rock crawling, dessert runs, etc)?
You might wanna go with a better set of coil overs and rear shocks considering all the armor you're gonna add and with money you're gonna spend already with your current list you might as well get top notch stuff
Only things I see missing on your list:
    Diff skid
    Driveshaft bearing drop kit

    Maryland desert runs

Although you did say dessert runs... That's an entirely different scenario...

You are missing the $1000's of dollars it takes to do all that, lol

That list is all of the big things, but little things here and there all add up.

Trail running, off camber, mild rock crawling (I promised myself, if I ever built another rock crawler, I would build a full on tube rig) My girl and I love going camping, rock climbing and hiking, so like a very mobile camper, I don't plan on anything more than a black 1 rated trail (we rate them different on this coast I believe) I think my version of mild wheeling might be some peoples version of crazy.. check the link in my sig to see what kind of wheeling I am used to.. since my rig was totaled there are no longer any pics of it in our club's website. but you can see the kind of rigs I'm used to. :D

Dessert runs are perfect. Baskin Robins has hella potholes in their lot. ;) I'm east coast... I "might" go ORV trails at the beach :)

You all don't think much of radflo?

All the armor is gonna be All Pro stuff, getting a good deal with the fact that I'll be buying it all at once.. that'll be a fun pic, the PILE of uninstalled mods LOL

I don't know any of said fabricators, and I am currently planning this build through a friend of mine that is also an all pro dealer. he also deals total chaos. not sure who else he has a reselling deal with though.

i dont think your truck would be able to do much of your kind of wheeling without a d44 or so in the front lol.

    i think a leaf-sprung/ budget sfa tacoma would be very interesting. . . .

Since you are on the east coast, I would look at armor tech for the rear bumper. For the front, I would look at a Demello, Shrockworks or Relentless bumper. For sliders I would also look at Demello or Shrockworks. Skids I would get from BudBuilt. Suspension would be Icon fronts, and Icon rear shocks and All-Pro expo springs.

Ok, having done some homework, does everyone agree that wheelersoffroad.com has the best prices on ICON's stuff? Just spoke with Adrian at ICON, and have been schooled on lifting a Taco for what I want to do :) man these things are different than jeeps.
