I almost bought a house there recently, on the water across from Banker's spit but decided it was too far from work to be directly on the water.

 

Yeah, it sucks, but Lake Tapps is definitely in the middle of nowhere. Additionally, there's limited ingress and egress roads.

I can't take much credit for this. All work was done in house at my brothers shop except the seats. All I did was take lots of photos and polish a lot of acrylic pieces and eventually bought the truck off my brother. Thanks guys!

That's pretty cool sdhq charges around $100 for a dual (top and bottom) light bracket, which I think is steep.
