Am I The Only One Who Does This

Apparently some J-hole in a tundra wanted to park next to my taco tonight. Right damn next to it. Musta been a skinny guy to get out of his truck. I checked for door dings, and was pi$$ed. Luckily he didn’t ding me.

 

I’d park my scooter next to yours, like a bro!

 

Won't lie, Tacos, 4Runners, Tundras and even Sequoias get my attention in parking lots. Same goes for the odd Landcruiser or T100. I'll park near because i'm a dork but I won't park right next if there are plenty of spots available.

 

That's like pulling up to an un-used urinal next to a dude that's already taking a piss. Plus a majority of Tacoma leasers are assholes that will let their kids smash their doors into yours because the lunch they had a Kimmy John's that day wasn't satisfying enough they'll go home and harass the dog and beat the wife.

I used to be like wtf? this is soo homo! are trying to be my friend, or flex on me? It’s confusing.
Like...do you want your mods to get noticed so badly, that you park next to people that you know will notice them, just so they get noticed?

I came out to an empty parking lot the other day to a a Tacoma on one side of me and a 4Runner pro on the other.

Then I realized I guess I would rather have other owners park next to me, because at least I know they care enough about their shit to know that I care about my shit, and we both have a general understanding that we aren’t going to fuck up eachothers shit.

 

I often will park way out in the lot to avoid those careless people who will ding your side panels up without regard. Also I can always use the exercise walking in. But it also does seen odd when out there with plenty of spaces someone is right next to you. It's like come on dude... Really??

 

Can agree with you more. I park far away a little exercise and come back and some asshat is parked right next to me and not another car around

 

It can be kinda weird. Like when you're at the middle of an otherwise empty row of 18 urinals and some dude comes in and uses the one right beside you...and compliments your watch.

 

The urinal comments are spot on. Glad I’m not the only one freaked out by this

 

Was at Game 2 of the World Series two years ago in Houston. Two guys saddle up to adjacent urinals and commence their business. One guy looks over and yells, "Hey, Nice DICK!" The place EXPLODED in laughter. Turns out they were friends.

 

And his excuse for pissing next to you is because you both are wearing the same brand of jeans

 

No, like to park far and away from the crowd no matter what you're driving...

If your talkin the black 2nd Gen, he’s a truck driver, and he loves his chrome. That truck will never see dirt ever, it’s stored for the winter, and cleaned with a toothbrush all summer ! It is friggin clean.

 

I leave room.... If I can't, I find another spot. I don't want my truck dinged as much as the other guy.
